Had windows replaced on our Southern exposure in 2014. Ken was great to work with offering me great value and quality. His installer was top notch. We had a warranty issue with an awning window that was not locking properly in one corner and Ken had Amerimax come out to adjust the window ASAP! We had been pricing replacement windows through different local outlets, always asking for the identical product so as to compare apples with apples. "Replaced all of our windows and our sliding glass door. One of our windows was a two piece custom window that spanned almost two stories. The job was completed over a 3 day period.

We were very pleased with the results and the energy efficiency we gained with the new windows. The old ones were 20 years old and many of the seals had broken and the tracks were aluminum. Kenny got us a great deal on the windows.

The windows were custom measured and manufactured. There was a wait of about a month until the install, but it was worth the wait for the windows, as they fit perfectly.

I met Ken in 1998. He was recommended by a friend who had windows and siding installed by him. I was interested in windows only during this first contact. He came to the house and explained the options available in an understandable way that helped me make decisions on what type of class and style of window would work best for my situation.

After that job I recommended Ken to co-workers and friends who wanted windows, siding and gutters over the years. All of them have been happy with his work and I know they have also recommended him to other people.

In 2007, I had Ken install siding, windows, fascia and gutters on the home I currently live in. Again I was very satisfied with the quality of work done by his contractors. This year, (2014) I needed to replace eleven large fixed windows that are part of a passive solar system in my home. I got several estimates along with Kens’ to compare prices. I found, with no surprise, that Ken had the best price, my experiences with him left no doubt, that I would be satisfied with the work done. He also did a custom “wrapping” job on the wood base below the windows so that I will never have the unpleasant task of scraping, sanding and painting again! The wrapping matches the siding trim put on back in 2007 and adds a nice finishing touch to the job.

During this process, I sent Ken to one of my neighbors who was thinking of putting siding on his house and detached garage. Ken visited with him and ended up doing that job as well!

We had 10 windows replaced by K & K in our home in Bailey, Colorado. Before the windows were replaced, we had been dealing with home's original windows (all single pane). The windows were often stuck shut, cracked, and very inefficient. We called a few of the bigger window companies to get replacement estimates, and all the prices that came back were way out of our budget. We called Ken after seeing a Facebook post and we received an estimate that was dramatically lower in price, and he was able to start the installation within two weeks. The installers that showed up to our house were local, very professional, quick, and did great work. The windows look great overall, and we are very happy with the job done by K&K. We are also looking forward to a much warmer winter!

We were very impressed with the product and service around the installation of all new Amerimax windows and sliding glass doors in our Highlands Ranch, CO residence. We highly recommend Ken from K&K Klassic Designs and the installation team of Bill, Troy, and Chris. The product has proven to be a definite improvement to our house. The draft around the windows and sliding doors has been entirely eliminated. The windows look wonderful adding a noticeable visual advantage over the replaced windows. The French door design of the sliding glass doors definitely improve the physical appearance of the rooms where they are a part. We cannot speak highly enough of the installation team of Bill, Troy, and Chris. They were incredibly professional and masters of their trade with their abilities to remove and install all our windows and sliding doors. While the job could have taken up to 3 days, they did it in two. On both days, they arrived during the time frame promised. Then when they arrived, they were cordial… but they were focused on working. An incredible work ethic portrayed by all 3 that made us happy they were working on our job. Their efforts to clean up after themselves were extra-ordinary. On both days, the amount of clean-up we needed to complete was basically non-existent. The same goes with the minimal amount of ‘touch up painting’ required after the windows were installed. While the windows are definitely new, the workmanship made the windows look like they’re part of the existing house structure. Anyone would be fortunate to this installation team work on their home. Finally, working with Ken was a definite asset to the process. He worked with us from beginning to end regarding scheduling, explaining options, creating an acceptable contract, and taking payment as agreed. 11 years ago we replaced our origional 1975 aluminun windows and sliding door with new lo. E 270 + argon gas Amerimax windows and sliding door through K&K Klassic Designs, Inc.
Our home was immediately much quieter, we could no longer hear the dogs barking at night next door and living close to Wadsworth Blvd. we couldn't hear the traffic especially the ones stopping and starting at the stop light at W. Peakview Ave. any longer. The freezing drafts during the winter were also gone.
We have had zero problems with the new windows & sliding door, no broken seals and no broken latches, hinges or rollers.
We are totally pleased with the product, price and the service.
